Dedicated to the wellbeing of animals throughout the City of Clovis, Clovis Animal Services (CAS) is proud to work alongside our community members in pursuit of a pivotal vision: building a Model Community for Animal Care.

A division of the Clovis Police Department, CAS offers a number of animal related services to our community including lost pet assistance, emergency rescue, and a safe, loving environment for animals in need. Learn more about our services below.

Animal Response Team

The Clovis Animal Response Team responds to citizen requests regarding animals who are in distress, roaming, injured, or may be a danger to the public. In addition, this team actively provides citizens with sound information about animal care and policy. View the City of Clovis Animal Code here.

Services: Assistance with Animal Related Concerns in Clovis including Stray or Deceased Animals, Animals in Distress, Animal Code Violations, etc.

Clovis Animal Receiving & Care Center

The Clovis Animal Receiving & Care Center provides a caring, safe place for lost, homeless, or injured animals and offers assistance for citizens who have lost a pet. Visit our Lost & Found Page to view animals in our care or to add a listing, and be sure to give us a call if you’re searching for your pet.

Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center

If the Clovis Animal Receiving & Care Center is unable to reunite an animal with their owner, they are then brought to our pet adoption center, Miss Winkles, to be put up for adoption and find a new home. Adoption fees are just $25 and all pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Learn more at MissWinkles.com.
